Check-in is typically 15:00 onwards.

Check-out is typically by 10:30.

Depending on the booking calendar we might be able to offer some flexibility on the day, so please do feel free to ask and we’ll see what’s possible.

Yes, the car park can comfortably fit 6 cars at a time, and up to 8 with a little creativity.

There is also a public parking bay about 150 metres up the road which can be used for day-visitors to the area.

We manage our bookings through a platform called Bookalet, which you can access by scrolling back up to the calendar on this page.

When making your booking:

• Your dates will be held privisionally while we review the booking request. This usually takes less than 12 hours from when the booking is made.

• Once your booking is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of confirmation to secure your dates.

• A staged payment schedule will apply for bookings made more than six months in advance.

• The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Yes, we do, depending on the nature of your booking. It’s worth signing up to our mailing list to stay in the loop about future discounts.

Charity discount: If you’re interested in booking Pwll Deri on behalf of a charity, please get in touch via email to info@pwllderi.com.

Earlybird discount: This is automatically applied to your booking at check-out provided you are booking at least 6 months in advance.

Recurrent bookings: If you plan on making a recurrent booking (e.g. annually) let us know after your first booking and we’ll arrange a discount for you on all future bookings.

Yes. The nearest train stations are:

• Haverfordwest (35 minutes drive)

• Fishguard Goodwick (15 minutes drive). 

Trains: Of the two stations, Haverfordwest has a much more regular service, with several direct connections to Cardiff and a couple to Manchester each day. There are also several indirect services to and from other big cities like London and Birmingham which typically require at least one change with journeys taking up to 4-6 hours depending on connection times. 

Buses: With 30 days advance notice, you can use the Fflecsi Bus to book collection and drop off to anywhere within North Pembrokeshire. In the summer season there is also the 404 bus service which operates 3 times per day, daily from Haverfordwest to the bus stop at the end of the road (Croes Trefasser Cross), which is about 1.5km walk from Pwll Deri.

Taxis: are available to hire directly from the train station in Haverfordwest and at most should cost around £30 - £40.

Yes, Tesco and Morrisons in Haverfordwest provide home delivery to the area, though we recommend booking your delivery online at least two weeks before your planned arrival to secure your desired delivery date and time.

Pwll Deri is self-catered, meaning you will need to provide and cook your own food for the duration of your stay.

External catering: With at least two-month’s advance notice, please let us know when making your booking if you would like to explore catering service options and we may be able to connect you with local restaurants and catering companies who might be able to assist.

Absolutely. The location is particularly photogenic and lends itself to a variety of productions.
